What Is BlandHaus?
Good evening world!
I have decided to create a place to discuss, give advice, and explore ways to have a simplified home. After years of trying to find what I love doing I believe I have figured it out, for those who know me may be laughing, but I want to help others live a relaxed and simplified home life. I personally am dramatically effected by a disorganized, over-cluttered, or overly stylized/generic home. I, as many other americans, view my home as a relaxation chamber to decompress from my hectic lifestyle.
So what is BlandHaus? I am creating this as a way of life. Typically when one hears the world "Bland" it almost has a derogatory connotation, yet it also encompasses everything I want to achieve here. Bland is often the plain, well know, or even common item that most have. These items though are often not stressful and very simple in nature, so in many aspects it is the perfect name for that simplistic home atmosphere.
Over time I will be exploring ways to simplify home life, sharing "life hacks", and creating discussion of topics. I see this idea and concept growing to be a place where we can all find a how to guide to create a simple home.
