Every construction and design project needs expertise, planning, and buy-in to be successful. Unlike many industries, construction and design take place in the physical world where thousands on external forces are working against the success of every project. 

Over the past decade construction and design have been my life. I have seen first hand the inefficiencies created by not having proper pre-construction methods, the heartache of failed expectations, and financial impact of schedule over-runs. These struggles are present in small remodeling jobs thru high-end commercial projects with budgets in excess of $200 million. 

I bring years of experience as an Operational Internal Auditor for PNC Bank and Sherwin-Williams in addition to my experience as a Project Manager for some of the largest Builders / Developers in the nation. This combination is very unique and allows me to approach every project from an auditors perspective, valuing repeatable process and clear / concise communication which is often lacking. 

The need for technology integration is vital, without it the industry will continue to stagnate with project clouded in confusion. Bringing some of that finance industry digitalization to the second least digitized industry will bring a construction revolution.
